An introduction to Kokoro and Jade...

What does holistic health and wellness mean to you? To us, at Kokoro and Jade, it is the practice of caring for and connecting the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. An approach to health and wellness that views all aspects of an individuals life and helps us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves.

When we look at todays society, sadly we see chronic illness. Unhealthy people… Everywhere.. And not just physically unhealthy that you can see with your eyes, but mentally as well. Maybe even more so mentally. People are broken down, combating sickness and disease at an increasing rate and stressors in life seem to becoming more frequent. Which also means that substance abuse and other unhealthy methods to deal with this stress are becoming more frequent. We started Kokoro and Jade to help people start taking their health into their own hands, where they are able to. Mother Earth has blessed us with so many powerful, natural remedies that can help improve all aspects of our lives and we couldn’t help but want to share them with everybody.

At Kokoro and Jade our mission is to try and encourage the world to start taking better care of themselves. To help show people that by making a few subtle changes into ones routine, that you can drastically change your life. It could be just taking some time each day to connect with yourself on a higher level, or exploring meditation to find peace and tranquility. Maybe it's just to get your body moving and exercising more consistently, or just looking for products to boost your overall health and vitality, we have you covered.

We are so excited for you to be part of our holistic journey and hope this can be the start of yours too. This is just the beginning and we have so much more to share with you all in the coming weeks and months. “Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”        ~B.K.S. Iyengar
